Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓–½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella, divided
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions (optional)

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and lump-free for best blending.
  2. Mix in buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing. Taste and adjust for salt and heat.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and 1 cup of mozzarella until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased 6–8" oven-safe baking dish and top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20–30 minutes until hot and bubbling. Broil 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top if desired.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with green onions, and serve with dippers.

Notes

Make-ahead friendly and freezer-safe for up to 3 months. To lighten it, use Greek yogurt in place of some cream cheese. Watch for bubbling edges and a golden top as the doneness cue.
